CNC Wood Cut and Wood Processing Services
Plony Industries has a manufacturing line to process the timber and wood products to desired shapes and sizes. Sawn timber will be cut into rectangular widths and lengths and also wedge shaped according to customer requirements. Plywood can be cut into plates or other shapes for various applications. We offer CNC cutting services to cut out shapes required for the wood products. The products can be further planed or sanded for smooth finishing. ​

Chemical Pressure Vacuum Treatment of Wood and Plywood
(Pressure Treated Wood)
Plony Industries is an authorised service provider for LONZA chemical pressure treatment of wood products. Wood and timber is impregnated with the chemical solution under vacuum and high pressure conditions to give the products a long lasting protection. The process is being carried out at our own facility by trained personnel.

The wood and timber is impregnated with the wood chemical solution under vacuum and high pressure conditions to give the products the properties required. This method requires a vacuum pressure tank. The advantage of this method is that the solution will penetrate deep into the wood and uniformly throughout it.

We have our own vacuum pressure tank facility to carry out Tanalith CCA preservative pressure treatment and Dricon fire retardant wood treatment for your timber and wood.
TANALITH CCA Preservation Wood Treatment
Wood is the most versatile product nature has to offer. However, it can also be vulnerable to the effects of the weather, wood decay and insect attack. TANALITH CCA water based preservative treatments extend the service life of your wood and help maintain its natural appearance. TANALITH CCA treated wood has been tried, tested and proven to effectively extend the service life of your wood and let you enjoy it for longer. Tanalith treated wood is necessary for outdoor applications to ensure your wood can withstand against rot, fungus, mould, insects and also the outdoor weather conditions.

DRICON Fire Retardant Wood Treatment
Lonza Wood Protection offers tried, tested and trusted industrially applied fire retardants for timber and panel products. Proven fire protection for interior applications without the need for a protective coating. DRICON reduce the surface spread of flame, heat and smoke release during a fire, giving vital extra time for a safe escape. It can impregnate all faces of the timber of board products creating a protection that requires no maintenance. This is a real benefit over site applied and uncontrolled fire-retardant coating products. Meets European Standard EN 13501-1 requirements. Comply to the BS476-6: 1989/A1:2009 and BS 476-7:1997 standards. Fire Retardant Treated Wood provides an additional benefit of termite and decay protection to the wood on top of is fire resistance properties.​

Other than providing chemical pressure wood treatment, Plony Industries also distributes SOLIGNUM brush on type wood chemical solution for various applications. Our technical team also provides the brushing service of the required solution onto the wood product supplied by us.
